This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established printing company with 40 years’ experience.

We set the standards in the print industry and provide a service that is tailor made to meet the individual needs of our customers.

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and outgoing Customer Service Executive who has knowledge & experience in the print industry to join our great team here in Normanton.

The role: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all clients, liaise with suppliers to ensure that the clients requirements are met.
Excellent communicator, negotiating, reporting skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Identify & deal with customer complaints ensuring they are resolved effectively and professionally
Developing meaningful client relationships
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management, organisational & planning skills

About You:
Knowledge and experience within the print industry is essential
Friendly, professional and positive disposition
IT skills in MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
Very customer focused
Good listener

Desirable:
Customer service background & some sales experience
Knowledge and experience in Heat Set Web Offset
Estimating
