Salary: \u00a326,000 – \u00a329,000 DOE<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
First point of contact for all clients, liaise with suppliers to ensure that the clients requirements are met.
Excellent communicator, negotiating, reporting skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Identify & deal with customer complaints ensuring they are resolved effectively and professionally
Developing meaningful client relationships
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management, organisational & planning skills<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Knowledge and experience within the print industry is essential
Friendly, professional and positive disposition
IT skills in MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
Very customer focused
Good listener<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Customer service background & some sales experience
Knowledge and experience in Heat Set Web Offset<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
